Nozaki
Nozaki is a local mom & pop tofu company based in San Jose, California. They have been making homemade tofu for
71 years and three generations.
Previously known as ‘San Jose Tofu Company’, we helped re-brand them into the family name: Nozaki. Reusable bamboo boxes for tofu were created for the purpose of locals or new customers to use when returning to re-stock. Small gifts were designed such as miso, soy sauce and tofu-making sets.
